We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancellation. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once dispatched, we are unable to cancel or amend the order.

Yes, all of our products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty as standard. Some products may carry an extended warranty — please check the individual product listing for details. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents.

We offer a 14-day returns policy in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
